Terms & Conditions

1. The units have an age limit of 15 years. Please ensure no-one over this age uses the equipment.

2. Ensure that the castle is not overcrowded. If children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.

3. All shoes, badges, jewellery and spectacles MUST be removed.

4. No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used near or on the inflatable as they can permanently stain the unit.

5. No smoking near the inflatable at any time.

6. A responsible adult must supervise the castle at ALL times.

7. Do not allow anyone on the castle during inflation and deflation.

8.Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the castles is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

9.Do not allow anyone to bounce on the platform at the top of the slide at any time.

10.In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off, and the electric generator/blower and power connections should be covered/sheltered.

11.Do not let children near the generator/blower at any time.

12.In the event of damage to the inflatable due to inappropriate use or malicious acts, the hirer will be responsible for the cost of repair.

13.The hirer is responsible for the safety and security of the castle at all times during the hire, including overnight hiring.
